I am hosting this week’s challenge at Use Your Stuff and we are playing BINGO! I’ve created a fun bingo card to use on your project (a great way to get the MOJO going as well if you are stuck!). Here’s the card , there are lots of fun items to play with.
Here is the card I created using the horizontal line of red, die cuts/cut aparts, hearts and doily
The DP is from American Crafts XOXO collection. The doily, die cuts and white foam heart are from recollections and the glittered hearts I cut using some Recollections glitter paper and my little $$ store heart punch. I hope you like it and hop on over to the blog to play along and to see what the rest of the DT has created for you!
I’m a bit behind the ball here! Our new challenge is up on the Use Your Stuff blog and Tammy C’s challenge is to use hearts on your project.
That shouldn’t be too hard considering that it is getting close to Valentine’s Day and many of us are working on VDay related projects right!
Here is a card I created! I’ve been hanging around in the Cricut Design space this last week seeing what I can play around with and this was one of the cards that we could create!
The DP in the back is from Papermania in a collection called Red Hot. I got this as a gift years ago and have been trying to use it up! The heart hands are from the Cricut design space (i’m not sure which cartridge it is from as it was one of those Make it Now projects) and then I went over it all with my wink of Stella pen for a little glitz.
I hope you like it and don’t forget to play along with us!
OK here is another card for World Card Making Day. I am using a free digi image from Craftin Desert Divas. I used up a lot of scraps in my ‘autumn/fall’ folder…again I don’t know where these come from. I just pick these up and throw them into the bag..LOL
So this is the first time in a long time where I am able to participate in World Card Making Day! I am going to be surfing around blog land trying to find challenges to do!
Kraftin Kimmie Stamps has a weekly challenge to help celebrate…it’s holidays! Create a card for any holiday and bonus if you use their sketch of the month (which I did of course!)
So I decided to do a Halloween card!
I have a lot of Halloween supplies but don’t do near enough layouts or cards with them! I used the KKS stamp Zelda Zombie for mine…the paper and embellishments I don’t know the manufacturer for as I just have bits and bobs in my folder! The die cut is Taylored Expressions though! It’s a fun little die and this is the first time I’ve used it! Crazy!
I colored with my copics of course! I’m still learning coloring so pardon the not so smooth look! LOL
I hope you like it and I hope you are playing along with challenges today!
So ya, it’s been awhile. I’m sorry about that. Just so much going on at home that I’ve not had much crafting time lately. However, I’m trying to change that so I’ve been earmarking some time for myself to play in my craft area.
It’s been a long time, but I decided to play along with Mojo Monday’s sketch this week.
Here’s my take using the Pink Paislee Vintage Vogue collection. I also used a doily from my stash and just some sticker letters I picked up at the dollar store. I finally managed to use this line up…I’ve had it for what seems like forever so I really wanted to use it up. I will be posting some more projects that I made with it later on.
Here’s the sketch
and here’s my card
Make sure you stop by their blog and play along this week!
So I get the monthly Paper Pumpkin kit from Stampin’ Up. I’m not 100% sold on it yet (it’s been since September) but can’t quite bring myself to cancel. It’s been hit and miss for me.
The December kit was a desk calendar kit. Ya, not my thing. So with the help of Pinterest, I found some great card ideas instead!
We have a challenge at Use Your Stuff this week which is Flowers! Perfect. The kit has some great flowery bits that I could use! Take a look!
They actually turned out great! Thank you to those totally creative individuals on Pinterest!
These are the rest of the cards I made with the kit!
All the sequins and butterflies (using the Butterflies thinlits from Stampin’ Up) were from my stash as were some of the sentiments but much of the cards were from the kit.
I think they turned out well! Now, make sure you stop by the Use Your Stuff blog this week and join in our challenge. The DT has created some fabulous projects and a lot of our new team has joined in the fun!
