Happy Fall-A Robyn’s Fetish spotlight

I am a few days behind in this post. Have you stopped by the Lollipop Crafts blog this week?  We are in week 2 of our Robyn’s Fetish spotlight.  As well we have a great current challenge where we want to see you use punches and diet cuts on your projects!  You can find all the details and where to link up here.
So I wanted to share with you a couple of cards that I created for this week’s spotlight.  I basically used all my old stash of  papers and embellishments that I have been hoarding for years…LOL

This one was fun to put together.  I broke out my autumn embossing folder, a maple leaf punch I’ve had forever and some basic grey scraps for this fun fall card.

and this fun Halloween card just using some scraps…I dug out my spiderweb embossing folder for this one as well.  The sentiment I just printed off of the internet and the ribbon is American Crafts

A Card for Mom

Hello everyone! Welcome to Wednesday and this week’s sponsor spotlight for Lollipop Crafts.

This week Robyn’s Fetish is offering 5 images of choice to the lucky winner.  The challenge this week is Baby Baby, so any baby creations.

The card I have for you however, is a Mother’s Day card.  Using one of Robyn’s images I made this simple little card.  The  lighter DP is from my stash as are the ribbon and the pearls. (The flower DP I got as an extra with an order I placed with GingerSnapScraps). I have been reorganizing and found this big box full of paper that needs to be used up.  The stamp I bought ages ago (like 2 or 3 years ago and am just using it now!) and is from My Sentiment’s Exactly.

Entered into the following challenges:

Repeat Impressions DCC425: Card for a Woman you Love

Little Darlings Challenges: Flowers

Scrapalicious: Flower Power

Oldie but a Goodie: on the farm or in the garden

Make it Monday: anything goes

Squigglefly: Mother’s Day

Robyn’s Fetish…….this week at Lollipop Crafts Robyn is offering one lucky winner  5 digital images or 4 digital images and one digital paper set of your choice. What a great prize! It’s the sponsor spotlight today on the blog so you can find out all about Robyn and her great images as well as see some new inspiration pieces from the Design Team.

Here is the one that I created using a sketch that Gloria had put up back in April for the CanadianScrapSwapChat monthly card challenge.  This month we had to pick a previous sketch and use it for a new piece.

All the paper are just scraps from my stash (I can’t believe that I have so many, even after I did a scrap swap!)  The ribbon is from my stash. I used one of my MS border punches.  The stitching is fake using some old rub-ons that I found that I have had FOREVER!  I colored Robyn’s image using my Copics.   The THANKYOU is an old rub on as well.  This is just a really simple card.  It’s hard to tell from the picture but the orange border isn’t glued down all the way so that it kinda sticks up a bit for a bit of dimension.

Enjoy and you still have time to enter this week’s recipe challenge at LC! You can find out more here.

I’ve entered this in the following challenges:

FabnFunky Challenges: Stitching

Ruby’s Rainbow: Stitching

City Crafter Challenge: Scrap Happy (use scraps..)

Shopping Our Stash: Our Weakest Link (that thing you just have to buy..for me RIBBON! I have soooooooooooooooooo much ribbon it’s crazy).

Try it on Tuesday: Anything Goes

Tuesday Throwdown: Non-stamped sentiment

For Someone Special

**yikes** My apologies to those of you who got this in gobbly gook form! I entered it incorrectly from my other blog!

Good Monday morning!  It always comes so quick doesn’t it??? Today we have a new challenge for you at Lollipop crafts.  The ever great Robyn’s Fetish is this week’s sponsor and she has 5 digis up for grabs!

It’s a recipe challenge this week: Green, brown, ivory, one DP and a handmade flower.

Here’s what I have for you this week

The DP was in my stash of course.  I colored Happy Harry with my copics and gave him a bit of inking with some Tim Holtz distress ink.  The ribbons, button and flower are all from my stash.  The sentiment was sent to me as part of a rubber stamp swap on Swap-Bot.com and it was the first chance I had to use it.  I really like how this turned out.  I think it’s a great any occasion card for male or female.   make sure you stop by the Lollipop Crafts blog this week and load up your project for a chance to win!

I’ve entered into the following challenges

Here Come the Boys: Critters

One Stitch at a Time: Anything Goes

Sparkles Forum Challenges: One for the Boys

Cuddly Buddly: Anything Goes

Sarah Hurley Challenge #45 Colouring

It’s a new challenged at the Sarah Hurley Challenge blog today and this week we are being sponsored by

Yay! Robyn has graciously donated

5 digital stamps or 4 digital stamps and 1 digital paper set of their choice.  A very awesome prize to be sure.  Here is my project this week using Robyn’s best friends bunnies

I cut the tag using my cricut and added a punched border, some inking, my baker’s twine (from my Whisker Graphics win on FB) a button flower, paper flowers and some jute.  The image was colored (since this is our theme after all) using my Copics!  I hope you enjoy it and don’t forget to stop by the blog to enter your own colored project to win.

Flutterby, Butterfly

Oh wow! I am so sorry, I forgot to post my challenge yesterday for Lollipop Crafts and we have such a good one!  Robyn’s Fetish is graciously sponsoring this week’s butterfly challenge!  I’m sure you’ve seen her images all over blog land and she has such cute ones too!  We would love to see butterflies on your project!  It can be the main focus or a cute embellishment as in the case of my card!  Make sure you stop by the challenge blog for all the details and to win some great images from Robyn!

Here’s my DT card this week:

I colored my image using copics of course.  Cut out with my shaped nestiblity.  I added some flocking for the grass and a few brads for some added dimension.  The butterflies are just ones that I picked up at the dollar store ages ago and not used yet.  The paper was sent to me as part of a paper swap on http://www.swap-bot.com (if you like to do swaps, check it out!)  I hope you enjoy it and make sure you stop by the Lollipop challenge blog for all the deets on this week’s challenge and also to see all the great creations by the DT this week! FABULOUS!
