Exciting News!

Hey everyone! I am really excited to announce that I am on the Design Team for a brand new challenge blog!

If you love creating Halloween all year round, then this blog is for you!

Two Old Bats Halloween Challenge blog is new and waiting to have you play along! Every month there will be an inspiration board posted on the 2nd and then you have until the 28th to create your Anything Goes project. It doesn’t have to be a card or a layout..it can be anything you want! Great right!?

So we are jump starting the challenge this month!

Lots to pick from with this one. For me, I really liked that black and white word board and the pumpkins. So here’s my card

I was surprised how much Halloween stuff I actually have! Some dating back to 2009 if you can believe it! For this card I used some Chillingsworth Manor paper from Echo Park (2012) I’m pretty sure I won this collection. I added in some pumpkins that I die cut and embossed using an old Cuttlebug set that I had. The little words are just from Chillingsworth Manor as well and then the enamel dots are my stash. I love how this turned out and I can’t wait for you to play along with us.

So we have something super fun with Use Your Stuff this week! We are pairing up with the Double Trouble Challenge blog and doing a 2 week challenge with lots of inspiration and ideas for you.

The Use Your Stuff challenge this week is a Mood Board challenge

This is a great mood board to go along with the Double Trouble challenges as well, which you can find on their blog here!  So when you are entering our challenge, be sure to add one or two of the extra challenges that they have and add to theirs for a chance to win their prize! How fun is that!

Here is my card for the challenge

I chose to use all the challenges for this!  Thing 1s challenge of a sweet treat is my sweet holiday drink with the yummy candy cane!  Of course, I have Thing 2s challenge of the mood board which is also the UYS challenge for these next two weeks and then Thing 3s challenge of adding sprinkles is in my glitter paper and stickles!
