TMS #652

Hello all!

This is coming on to Easter Weekend for us here in Canada so I hope that you have a Happy Easter! I will be heading to our farm in Saskatchewan a little later in the week. Very excited!

Ok….been to the Tuesday Morning Sketches blog yet? Our new sketch is up and we have some amazing DT projects for you!

Here’s this week’s sketch!

For this card I used a Gina K stamp and die set. It’s called Friendly Silhouettes. I did some ink blending with my Stamp Market inks and then I also blended on a scrap and stamped and fussy cut the butterflies out. I die cut the friend sentiment and added it to the stamped Hang in There. A few little gemstones and we are done!

Be sure to play along with us on the blog – we can’t wait to see what you create!

CCC: March

Our theme this month for Christmas Craft Creations is to create a Slimline card!

Some people may think this is daunting, but it’s actually quite easy and is really fun if you want to create a scene in your card. It gives you just a bit more space!

Now continuing on with the Frosties Stamp & Die set from Lawn Fawn, I created my slimline for you

I used my Studio Katia slimline dies to create this, and I ink blended some Lawn Fawn Sugar Plum and Peacock inks. Then I used the stars and snow stencil in the same colors. I stamped and die cut the snow flakes and added a bit of stickles to the centre. I also added some sequins in the purple & teal (I really like this color combo btw). The sentiment is from Craft Addicts Too which was just the right size for this card.

Be sure to stop by the blog and play along with this month’s challenge!

Crazy Critters: Nov

Welcome to November’s challenge at Crazy Critters. As always it’s an anything goes challenge as long as you feature a critter in your project!

My card today has some gorgeous butterflies from Gina K. Designs!

I love the colors in this one and it was so easy to do with some masking! I hope that you will stop by the blog and see the amazing projects the DT has created for you this month and be sure to play along with us too!

TMS # 626

October folks. It’s loud and proud and showing us that the final 3rd of the year is here! Yikes!

This is the sketch that we are working with this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches.

I just felt like doing a Halloween card, even though I don’t really send them out that much!

The stamp is from Stampin Up and the paper is Echo Park. I did a little ink blending so that white wasn’t so stark.

Head on over to the blog and see the great DT projects for this week’s sketch!

Dragonfly Dreams

Hey everyone! I am really excited to announce that I am a member of the Dragonfly Dreams Design Team.

Today is our April Challenge! Our theme for you is Critters! You can create whatever you wish, as long as you have a critter on it!

Here’s my card for you this month!

May be an image of text

For this card I did a lot of mixing and matching! The DP is from Lawn Fawn, the image is Your Next Stamp and the little window is from Taylored Expressions! The enamel dots are from my stash. I did a little bit of ink blending behind the window.

I hope you will stop by the blog and check out the rest of the DT creations and also to play along with us!
