Hello everyone! Welcome to Monday and a new challenge at Use Your Stuff. This week’s challenge is to use limited supplies…perhaps it is a CAS card, using some old supplies in a new way. Perhaps like me, you just want to use some little bits and bobs that are already on your desk.
For this week’s card, I used a candy cane striped embossing folder that was already on my desk from another project. So was this little piece of red cardstock, some bling, ribbon and a stamp set that I had used on another project.
A pretty basic but pretty card. I hope you will stop by the blog to see what the other DT has created and to play along with us as well.

Hi Everyone! Another quick post today for our challenge at Creative Corner Challenges.
It’s been so busy with work and my son ill again (an infection in his finger this time and some visits to the doctor and chiropracter to help with a gait issue) that it’s amazing I’ve had time to craft this week!
Our challenge is Clean and Simple also known as CAS. This is a challenge to use less and less embellishments and papers on your project. The least amount the better. This is always a challenge for me because I love to embellish. However, I am thrilled with how this card turned out. I used a sketch in the March/April issue of Papercrafts magazine and its just a fabulous one.
I just used a couple of scraps of paper in my basket and the butterflies were sent to me in a swap. They were regular corrugated cardboard and I misted them with my smooch spritzes! The pearls are from my stash and the sentiment is K Andrew Designs
I hope you like it. Please stop by the blog to see the other DT creations and also to join in on the challenge this week.
Happy Crafting and Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
I am really excited to have been asked to be a guest designer at ABC Challenges this week! A big Thank you to Patty and her team for allowing me to play with them this week. Their challenge for this week is Clean and Simple aka CAS. These are not easy cards for me. I love to add layers and embellishments on my cards. However, I did it and I really like how it turned out.
I decided to use a Stampin Up set that I hadn’t used yet called French Foliage. One of those ones I picked up for some generic cards but somehow find difficulty in actually using. I paired it up with the sentiment from Kindness Matters and just a touch of bling and voila!
Please stop by the ABC challenges blog and enter their challenge for this week. You still have some time left!

So I wanted to share with you a card I created for a swap on Swap-Bot.com. The theme is butterflies. I used my Basic Grey Ambrosia 6×6 and the Kindness Matters stamp set from Stampin Up. The ink colors are from Stampin Up as well Really Rust and Crushed Curry.
I have to mail this out so I couldn’t add a lot of embellishments on it, which I think is fine because the DP has such a pattern to it.

Hello! Today is our first March challenge at Lollipop Crafts and we are being sponsored by Meljen’s Designs!
My team is hosting this week’s challenge and we have picked Clean and Simple. Little embellishments and layers just like it says, clean and simple.
I went for a one layer card this time around. Not something I do a lot of. I tend to like my embellishments too much! :) I used a couple of stamp sets. I found them in my stamp box. I don’t even know how long I’ve had them but I figured it was time to crack them open! I just stamped them down and then I stamped the sentiment (an old Stampin Up one I use frequently). The traced around with a black marker. You can’t get much simpler than this. The great thing is that it will be easy for me to mail and won’t cost me a small fortune! :) I hope you like it and make sure you stop by the Lollipop blog for more inspiration and to enter this week’s challenge.
