I just used some bits and bobs from my Valentine’s box for this one. I also had these enamel tag and hearts that I really wanted to play with! I just added some flowers from my stash, and a little bit of rose designed washi.
Be sure to stop by the TMS blog and see the rest of the DT creations and don’t forget to play along with us!
Hi everyone! Today marks my first card for the Make the Cards Challenge Design Team and I am super excited! We have a sketch for this week’s challenge!
It’s super simple and yet you can really play on it. For myself, I wanted to keep it pretty clean and simple (something I struggle with to be sure) so I went with some glitter! **GASP** Ya I have a love/hate relationship wit the stuff, but I thought it would be great for the stripes. I went with some bright, fun rainbow colors and then added a sentiment that I got my Crafty Creations Too group.
I used 2 different sized strips of double sided tape which makes it super easy to add the glitter. The stars are from Studio Katia. I love the colors on this and think it’s a fun birthday card for that special person.
Be sure to head over to the blog and check out the rest of the DT creations and of course to play along with us!
Hey everyone! Thanks for your patience! It’s been a busy 10 days! We had to get a new hard drive for the computer and so I lost a lot of programs, pictures and apps that I use for my crafting. 😦
It’s also been the last week or so of school for my son, not to mention planning his 13th birthday on the 4th of July and then work being busy. So ya, not a lot of crafting time really over the last little bit.
I hope to get some stuff done in the next few days as I’m going away from the 30th to the 3rd for my son’s birthday.
Full disclosure, I found this one a bit tricky with that triangle and it took me a couple of tries, but I figured it out!
Here’s what I have for you!
Using my October 2019 SCT sampler, I picked out some papers and embellishments I got of the Creative Memories Harvest Delight collection. I really loved the colors in this collection and those pretty flowers.
My sampler had some sentiment cards in it, so it was perfect for this big focal point of the card.
The design team has some amazing projects for you (again!) to check out using this sketch. Drop by the blog and leave them some love. We hope you will play along with us too!
You will see my projects starting in July but in the meantime, I’d love it if you would head on over to the blog, look around and leave some love for my amazing new team mates who have some wonderful projects to share with you for this week’s challenge!
Hey everyone! So our computer is kaput. My darling husband is trying to rebuild it but it’s being a bit stubborn.
Just wanted you to know that any posting that I do for the next little bit will be through my phone so it may not be as often, or it might not have the usual links and such. Please bear with me. 😀
I’ve had a computer malfunction today after a power outage and so my post is late getting up and I’m having to do it on my phone!
Our newest sketch is ready for you at Tuesday Morning Sketches!
A fun one with some rounded corners and a lot of great layers!
Here’s what I have for you!
It looks similar to one I did not too long ago. I still had so many of these great flowers to use up. I believe the DP is from Crate Paper. I am pretty sure the sentiment came in one of my samplers from SCT.
Please stop by the blog and play along with us this week and don’t forget to leave some love for the rest of the DT.
I’m sharing the first card from my Online Card Classes with Kristina Werner and Jennifer Maguire as my inspiration for our anything goes challenge at Use Your Stuff this week!
This first card is doing some ink blending.
I used a stencil from Hero Arts and embossed it with some WOW embossing powder and ink blended with Distress Inks. I cut a matching hexagon out of vellum and the sentiment is from PinkFresh and Spellbinders.
I hope that you will stop by the blog and see the projects that the DT has created and to show us what you are working on this week.
Online Card Classes has a lot of really great classes available and you should check them out!
