Hey everyone, guess what? It’s my sketch choice up on the blog at Tuesday Morning Sketches today.

I picked this one, because it’s so simple and really, you can use just one piece of 6×6 double sided paper and some focal image or embellishment and voila, you are done. You could literally make this in 5 mins!
So this was my first card back in February of last year!

Here’s today’s for you!

So an interesting note. I created the second card first and then went back to find the first one for this post. I was surprised at how similar the two are! 🙂 I used one piece of 6×6 paper that was tucked in with a birthday card that I was given to make this card. I die cut some cardstock circles to match. The sentiment is just from my stash and the vellum leaves are Stampin Up. A few enamel dots and gems from my stash and this is ready to go!
Be sure to head to the blog for the rest of the DT showcases and I can’t wait to see what you create too!
beautiful card, lovely colors and i like the addition of the vellum leaves also.
The colors are so pretty. I like the look of vellum leaves.
Both of these have such a wonderful happy vibe!! So pretty!
Love them both! You had a great idea then and you had a great idea this 2nd time around. When you have a nice and easy sketch and some beautiful papers – you just can’t go wrong.
So pretty! I love the vellum leaves!
Lovely papers and finished card. I like the combo of enamel dots and gems.
