Lemonade blog hop!

Summertime! What better time than to kick back with a cool drink of lemonade?  Pure and sweet, sour and refreshing all at the same time — it’s a summer staple and something we’re celebrating with this Lemonade Blog Hop.

So I made this fun little card but didn’t want to go with the same ‘if life gives you lemons make lemonade’ saying..I thought this one was a bit more me 🙂

I finally cracked open my Echo Park Summer Days 6×6 pack.  The lemon was cut using the Just Because Cards cartridge.  Some Divine Twine, a border punch and the sentiment I just printed out on the computer.  A really simple card but I love it and I hope you do to.

Our hostess for the Lemonade Blog Hop is Erica of Erica’s Craft Room (www.mycricutcraftroom.blogspot.com). You may have come across this Hop by visiting my blog, or you could have come here from Esther’s blog

Your next stop on the Lemonade Blog Hop is:  the SVG Sunday blog

  1. The funny thing about lemons is this: my 19-month old granddaughter LOVES them and sucks on the wedges all the time. Her first sip, she gives a really funny “oooh-that’s-sour!” baby face and then just haves at it. She also enjoys lemon sticks in lemons, have you seen that before? Well, your cute quote reminds me of something you should say when you throw the lemons at your enemies: “SUCKER!” Pucker-sucker! LOL … Well, just a thought.

VERY CUTE CARD! I enjoy hopping with you!

  6. Love the card and the saying! Lucky for me, I don’t have any enemies to do a drive by fruiting too, otherwise I might waste a lot of lemons! 🙂 Haha! Thanks for sharing!
