Winter Fun

I have a cute card for you this week for the Penny’s PaperCrafty challenge.  It is an Anything Goes challenge this time around and we have lots of great prizes.  Make sure you stop by the blog to link up and check out the fabulous DT inspiration this week.

This week I am highlight a fabulous colored image from the Paper Shelter.  I just think he is so cute and I love that he his precolored.  I just used some DCWV Christmas paper that I had.  I added the sentiment from Hero Arts.  The bling, and ribbon are from my stash and add just a pop of color.  I’m loving the pink and teal together.

I really like the spellbinder that cut this one out.   Enjoy!

And for something totally different

So for one of the challenges on AiFactory, it’s something other than a card.  Ya..ermm okay.  I don’t do a lot of that…so it was nice to get out of my box…I decided on this bookmark.  I know it’s a little big but I still like it and plan to use it.  The supply list is under the pic.  I used a paint chip and then stamped it with a hero arts long stem stamp, die cut the words and the butterflies and added a little bling to them.  The ribbon is attached to a metal clip I found in my stash and then attached to the two tags.  Lemme know what you think.  The ducky image is colored with Copics.

Cuttlebug Challenge

for the next two weeks is glitter at the Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot.  I ran some light blue bazill cardstock through the Snowflake folder and then just added a strip of Christmas paper I found in my stash (I’ve really been trying to use up my stash lately).  I used my Snowman Slopes woodstamp which was inked in Stampin Up Real Red onto some white cardstock which was then mounted onto some red cardstock, which was in turn mounted onto some gold cardstock which was run through the spots and dots folder.  I added some glitter to the snowman image using some Stickles, tied it with some dotted ribbon from Michaels and added some snowflakes from my stash.
